Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about what you do?

My name is Rizalyn Andrews. I am a Consultant for a non-profit healthcare organization in the Bay Area. I've recently joined a new team as a program coordinator for operations support focusing on strategic services and process improvement. My passion is in fostering team engagement and connection, because individuals who operate as a team contribute to the success of the projects and, ultimately, the well-being of the patients that we serve.

What motivated you to get a new headshot?  How old was your previous headshot?

I had never had professional headshots taken before. It was time to get photos that reflected my professional growth over the years.

How did you feel about your old headshot, and what were you looking for in your new one?

I was looking for a way to showcase my personality professionally. What better way than to finally get headshots?

In what ways do you think your new headshot has impacted your business, visibility or job search?

While I am very happy and content in my current role, my new headshots gave me confidence. I am very happy with the way they came out. I am not always confident in the way I perceive I look, and these photos gave me a new perspective.

Have you received any feedback or comments on your new headshot?

My family loves it, they definitely approve!

How important do you think a professional headshot is for someone in your field?

A picture speaks volumes! A great headshot enhances confidence and builds trust in corporate settings. It's all about making connections!

What advice would you give to someone considering getting a new headshot?

Do it! It's probably time. A great headshot is an investment in your future.

Were you nervous or uncomfortable with the idea of having your photos taken and if so how was the experience in the end?

I was nervous, but Jeff made me feel comfortable and at ease. He is both efficient and friendly, taking the time to compliment the photos I had taken. He made the entire experience easy.

How did you prepare for your headshot session, and do you have any tips for others on how to get ready for theirs?

Jeff provided a lot of great tips in his email and on his website. To feel prepared, especially for novices like myself, read those tips. They really help!

Is there anything else you’d like to share about your experience or the impact of your new headshot?

Definitely a confidence boost!

How was your experience working with S72 for your headshot session?

It was easy, fun, and overall a very positive experience. I appreciate the guidance with posing, my smiles, and the prep.
