Cancelation/Rescheduling policy For location shoots

There are no refunds for any retainers/payments for any reason whatsoever unless a mistake was made on my part.

Due to the complexity of scheduling multiple shoots and the time preparing and setting up for a shoot I have a strict cancelation/rescheduling policy.

More than 14 Days from the shoot : No reschedule fee
14 days to 8 days from the shoot: $500 reschedule fee
7 days to 48 hours from the shoot: 50% of your retainer payment
48 hours or less: Loss of your retainer payment

Session time is based on an estimate of 5 minutes per person and each person is photographed back to back. Additional time would add to the already agreed upon fee. The fee for additional time is $250 per 15 minutes and is subject to my availability that day.
