Do you come to our office or do we come to you?
Both. I can set up at your office, co-working space, or any location in the San Francisco Bay Area. I bring all the lighting and equipment. Teams can also come to my SoMa studio at 1097 Howard St. #208. The quality is the same either way.
How do you keep headshots consistent across the whole team?
Same lighting, same backdrop, same creative direction for every person. I shoot and retouch every image myself. No associates, no subcontractors. One photographer means one consistent look across your entire team.
What about employees who can’t make it on photo day?
They can book a separate session at my studio. I'll match the exact lighting, backdrop, and style so their headshot fits with the rest of the team. This also works for new hires down the road.
Can you match team headshots for new hires to our existing photos?
Yes. I keep notes on every company session. When a new team member joins, I recreate the same setup so their headshot matches the rest of the team. Your team page stays consistent as you grow.
What should our Team Wear?
I send wardrobe guidance to your team before the shoot. The short version: solid colors, no busy patterns, no large logos. I'll tailor the recommendations to match your company's style and brand.
What retouching is included?
Every image is hand-retouched and color graded. Subtle, natural retouching. No one will look fake or over-processed. I clean up skin, remove stray hairs, and make sure the lighting and color are consistent across every headshot.
When will we receive our edited Photos?
Most teams receive fully retouched images within a week. I'll give you a specific timeline based on your team size when we plan the session.
