All proofs and final images are delivered online for quick and easy access.
turn around time
For individual sessions you will receive proofs from the session within 48-72 hours and the final retouched images will be delivered within a week after the selection has been confirmed by both parties. Rush orders are possible with a fee. Group session proofs and final images will take longer and timing will be based on the number of people photographed.
Unless otherwise agreed on the standard license will be for use on your company's website, social media pages, event presentation bio photos, and marketing materials (direct mail, email promos, etc). The images may be used on the inside or back of a book jacket, but not as the cover. Third party use of any kind is not allowed. This means you can't give the image to anyone else to use in any way or in any type of media. Additionally you can not use the images in any paid advertising. These licenses are available if you need them at and additional fee.
I retain the right to use the images on my website and in and marketing and advertising for my business. I also retain the rights to use the images in any way allowed as the copyright owner.

Due to the complexity of scheduling multiple shoots and the time preparing and setting up for a shoot I have a strict cancelation/rescheduling policy.
For studio shoots, deposits and payments are non-refundable unless there was an error on my part. Shoots can be rescheduled, but if you reschedule with less than 7 business day notice there will be a $75 per person rescheduling fee. If you want to reschedule with less than 48 hour notice the fee is $175 per person. I must be informed if you can't make a session or need to reschedule prior to the session start time otherwise the session can not be rescheduled.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours for sessions with more than five people will result in the loss of your deposit or payment.
For location editorial portrait shoots, shoots can’t be rescheduled within 7 days of the shoot without loosing your full deposit.
Scheduling or rescheduling issues are not a valid reason for a refund. Due to the popularity of my service there are often long wait times to get in. If you have any time restrictions or deadlines please contact me prior to booking to ensure I can meet your timeline because a refund will not be possible after booking. Sessions with discounted rates or coupons have reduced scheduling availability than full price sessions.
If you received a discount code but forget to use it at checkout I can apply the discount after the order is placed however I would need to reduce the discount by 50% to cover refund and processing fees.
Newer discounts can not be applied to already completed orders.
As stated above, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Under some circumstances if I were to offer a refund I would need to charge a 25% fee to cover refund/processing fees and administrative work.
If a refund is given it will only be refunded via ApplePay Cash, Venmo, or PayPal and not a direct refund to your credit card.
